Boys & Girls Club of San Marcos Welcomes Jason Milosh as Vice President of Operations

The air is buzzing with excitement as we wrap up another successful school year and get ready to kick off Summer Day Camp! This year, Boys & Girls Club of San Marcos served over 2,100 members, delivering enriching programs at 13 locations throughout the community. As we continue to grow and expand our reach in San Marcos, we are thrilled to introduce a new member of our executive leadership team.

Last month, Jason Milosh began his role as Vice President of Operations to oversee all aspects of Club operations including program implementation and outcomes, facilities, technology, transportation, and budget management. He joins the Club from the YMCA of San Diego County where he spent the last 25 years as a nonprofit leader and operational management expert. He brings a wealth of knowledge across multiple areas including change management, relationship building, and program design, along with proven success in fundraising and fiscal management. Most recently, he served as Associate Executive Director in the largest membership YMCA in San Diego County, overseeing a $10M operation with 25 managers and 250 staff. From 2015-2017, he was instrumental in managing operations during the $17M capital redevelopment project at the La Jolla (now Dan McKinney) YMCA.

His background and passion for community-centered work will be instrumental in bringing our Club to new heights as we strive to find new and innovative ways to deepen our impact on the community.
