Discussing the Impact of COVID-19 on Local Youth
BGCSM teamed up with The Thumbprint Project Foundation to highlight the toll COVID-19 has had on youth in the community. Jonathan, our COO and Ari, our Director of Member Impact discuss various aspects of the health crisis, updates from the Club, and how we're working to ensure youth have the support and resources they need to succeed!

We had the honor of celebrating 19 incredible youth who represent the very best of the Boys & Girls Club of San Marcos at the 2026 Youth of the Year celebration. These exemplary members were recognized for their outstanding leadership, strong character and dedication to making a positive impact in their schools, Clubs and communities. The evening highlighted their inspiring stories, resilience and aspirations, serving as a powerful reminder of the power of youth voices and the importance of providing opportunities for young people to thrive. We are so proud of all they have accomplished and excited to see the bright futures ahead of them.
