Members gain valuable work experience and explore educational and career opportunities through personal guidance and career development workshops.

It is designed to instill qualities of tolerance, civic responsibility, community involvement, and leadership that promotes an appreciation for the responsibilities of citizenship and the democratic process in adolescent members.
