Our Club aims to empower youth to support and influence their Club and community, sustain meaningful relationships with others, develop a positive self-image, participate in the democratic process, and respect their own and others' cultural identities through programs in this core area.
Keystone is a leadership program for Club members ages 14-18. It is designed to promote character and leadership among Club teen members to provide impact in three focus areas: Career Preparation, Community Service, and Academic Success.
Torch Club is a chartered small-group leadership and service club for members ages 11-13. It is designed to instill qualities of tolerance, civic responsibility, community involvement, and leadership that promotes an appreciation for the responsibilities of citizenship and the democratic process in adolescent members.
Youth of the Year is a recognition program which allows all youth members to compete monthly at each site for the Youth of the Month recognition. Ultimately, one youth member will have the opportunity to compete at the county level, and if selected, could go on to compete at the highest level and win a full college scholarship and the opportunity to meet the President of the United States.
