Walk-ins Welcome
- The vaccine is FREE and available to all youth ages 5-18.
- A parent or guardian must be present.
- Health insurance information is not required.
- Vaccine consent forms will be available on site.
Boys & Girls Club of San Marcos will host weekly COVID-19 vaccine clinics for children beginning Nov. 17 in partnership with TrueCare™, a North County nonprofit healthcare provider. Pediatric doses of the Pfizer BioNTech vaccine will be available to children, ages 5 to 18, every Wednesday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at 1 Positive Place in San Marcos. The clinics will recur weekly until February of 2022.
The free vaccines will be available for any child with a parent or guardian present, and health insurance is not required. Vaccine consent forms will be available on site. While walk-ins are welcome, families interested in bringing their children to be vaccinated are encouraged to make an appointment with TrueCare at (760) 736-6777 to allow for sufficient preparation of staffing and supplies.
